Local transportation from airport to the city of Bilbao

1. BUS A3247
The A3247 bus line of Bizkaibus connects the airport to the city.
The trip takes about 20 minutes and leaves you at the Intermodal bus station.
The trip cost 3€ and you can pay it either at the bus (coins) or at the machine that is just
inside the airport from the bus stop.
The bus stop is outside the airport, on the Arrivals level.

2. TAXI
A taxi trip takes about 10-15 minutes and costs around 30€.
The taxi stop is outside the airport, on the Arrivals level.

Dinner Wednesday, 25 September

We will eat dinner a short walk from the venue at Hotel Meliá. This will be a fixed menu at 44EUR/person. Please respond if you have any dietary restrictions, if you would like to add someone, if you need a child menu, if this price excludes you (we can figure something out in this case). We need to know if you plan to not join this dinner. If you’re coming yourself and have no modifications, I’ll assume you’re joining us. It will be fabulous! PLEASE, WE NEED YOUR ANSWER ON THIS BY THIS FRIDAY 11:00am. 

Dinner Thursday, 26 September

We will walk together along the river to Plaza Nueva (~30 min). There is also a convenient tram option. Dinner will be pintxos (assorted small bites). This will be improvised, mostly standing, and moving from place to place. No need to RSVP for this.
